Okay, so today I decided to mess around with getting Santana’s “Faze OG” tweet. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, it turned into a bit of a rabbit hole, but a fun one!
First, I fired up my Twitter. I’m logged in, all that jazz. My initial thought was, “I’ll just search for it.” So, I typed “Santana Faze OG” into the Twitter search bar. I scrolled and scrolled. Lots of stuff about Santana, lots of stuff about Faze Clan, but not that specific tweet I was after. It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack, a very, very big haystack.

Then it hit me: I needed to be more specific. I remembered there are these things called “advanced search operators” on Twitter. I kinda knew they existed, but I’d never really used them. Time to learn!
I started experimenting. I used the `from:` operator to specify Santana’s Twitter handle. Then,I added the phrase to search for “Faze OG”. I typed something like `from:santanatrills “Faze OG”` into the search bar.
I hit enter, and… boom! Still a lot of results, but way better than before. I started scrolling again, and I was getting closer. I could feel it!
And then… there it was! I found the tweet! I scrolled directly back up the page, and that’s the original tweet from Santana himself!
So, yeah, that’s my little adventure for today. It wasn’t earth-shattering, but it was a good reminder that sometimes you gotta dig a little deeper and use the tools available to you. It took some persistence, but it’s really rewarding!
