Okay, so I’ve been hooked on Monopoly Go lately, and this “Prize Parade” thing popped up. I figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, who doesn’t love free stuff, right?
First, I launched the game. It’s pretty straightforward – you just tap the app icon, and boom, you’re in. The main screen loaded up, and I saw the “Prize Parade” banner right there. I tapped on it to see what it was all about.
It turns out, it’s one of those event things where you gotta collect items to earn * time It was Drum tokens. So, I started playing, rolling the dice, and moving around the board just like normal.
- Landed on Chance.
- Landed Community Chest.
- And even get sent to Jail.
I noticed that some of the spaces on the board had little drum icons on them. When I landed on those, I collected some of those Prize Parade tokens. I thought, “Okay, this is easy enough.”
I kept playing for a while, trying to hit those special spaces as much as possible. It was a bit of a grind, to be honest. Sometimes I’d roll and roll and not get any tokens. Other times, I’d hit a bunch in a row. It’s all luck, really.
I checked the Prize Parade screen every now and then to see how many tokens I had. There were different milestones, and each one gave you a different reward – like dice rolls, cash, or even new player pieces.I focused on getting every last one of them.
Finally, after playing on and off throughout the day, I managed to collect enough tokens to reach, and complete all of the milestones!
It was a bit of a time sink, but hey, I got some cool stuff out of it. Would I do it again? Probably. Like I said, I’m a sucker for freebies, and it’s kind of fun to have a little goal to work towards while playing.
