Today, I messed around with that “Towards the Lighthouse or Far Away” thing. Honestly, it sounded cooler than it was, but hey, I got through it.
Getting Started
First off, I started the quest. It was some limited-time thing, so I figured, why not? I found the starting point – it wasn’t too hard to spot, thankfully.
Lighting Lanterns
Next up, I had to light some lanterns. Yeah, sounds simple, right? Well, it wasn’t exactly rocket science, but it took a bit of running around. I followed the instructions, clicked on the lanterns, and boom, they were lit. Felt kind of like a digital boy scout, not gonna lie.
High Island Shenanigans
Then came the “fun” part. I had to hang one of these lit lanterns on some high island. So, I trekked over there, which took a little while. The scenery was kind of pretty, I guess. Once I got to the island, I figured out where to hang the lantern – it wasn’t super obvious, but I managed it eventually.
Finishing Up
After all that running and clicking, I finally finished the quest. Got some rewards, which was cool, I suppose. Honestly, the whole thing was a bit of a blur. I just powered through it to get it done. It was part of that “Summertide Scales And Tales” event for 4.8, so I wanted to knock it out.
