Okay, so I’ve been trying to snag all those sweet daily login rewards in Honkai: Star Rail, ’cause, you know, free stuff is the best stuff. I heard there was this HoYoLAB thing that gives you extra goodies just for checking in every day. Figured I’d give it a shot and document the whole process, in case anyone else is as clueless as I was at first.
First Steps: Finding the Right Place
First thing I did was fire up my browser. No idea where to even begin, I just searched for “Honkai Star Rail daily check-in”. The top result was something about HoYoLAB, so I clicked on it. I landed on some page that was clearly NOT the check-in page.
So, I poked around a bit, feeling like a grandma trying to use the internet. Eventually, I noticed a navigation, and wouldn’t you know it, there was a “Tools” section. I clicked on that.
The Check-In Struggle
Bingo! I saw a bunch of game-related stuff, and finally, there it was: “Check-in”. It has its icon for Honkai: Star Rail, I click it!
It asked me to log in to my HoYoverse account. Makes sense, gotta link it to my game, right? Typed in my username and password. Now, because I am playing on PlayStation, so I have to choose the correct server, which is America for me. It’s very important to choose your own correct server!
Getting the Rewards
After all that, I finally got to the check-in page! It’s pretty straightforward. There’s this calendar-looking thing, and you just click on the current day. Boom! Rewards claimed. I got some Stellar Jades, some credits… you know, the usual stuff. It shows what you can get for the rest of the month. Cool, cool, cool!
Setting Up for Tomorrow (and Beyond)
Now, I’m not trying to forget about this tomorrow, So, I just keep this page open so that I will not miss any of the check-in.
