Okay, let’s talk about finding the Northern Nameless Mausoleum in Elden Ring. I spent a good chunk of time figuring this out, so hopefully, this saves you some trouble.
First, I started out knowing I needed to get to the Consecrated Snowfield. That was my first hurdle. To do this, I needed to collect the two halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion. The right half, I got fairly easily from the Village of the Albinaurics, just grabbed it off an old dude there.

The left half, that was trickier. I had to go all the way up to Castle Sol and beat Commander Niall. Man, that fight was rough. It took me multiple tries, summoned some help, changed my build a little, but I finally got him.
Then, with both medallion halves, I went to the Grand Lift of Rold. I chose to hoist the “secret” medallion, and boom, I was in the Consecrated Snowfield.
The Snowfield itself is a pain. It’s huge, visibility is terrible because of the blizzard, and there are some nasty enemies wandering around. So, what did I do? I just grabbed my horse, Torrent, and ran like hell!
My Path Through the Snow
- I kept hugging the cliffs on the right side, generally heading north. It wasn’t a straight shot, more like a zig-zag, following the natural curves of the land.
- There were a few times I got turned around, totally lost in the whiteout. But I just kept pressing on, keeping that cliff face as my guide.
- Eventually after getting lost a few times,I stumbled upon some ruins, more like broken walls sticking out of the snow.
It was around those ruins that I finally found the Northern Nameless Mausoleum, its easy to find it once you are around those ruins. It’s nestled amongst the broken walls. Inside, there’s a Walking Mausoleum stomping around. It wasn’t too hard to deal with. Just like the others, I cleared the skulls off its legs, and it came crashing down.
Inside, I duplicated the remembrance I wanted. My first time going there I decided to duplicated it and try it out. It was worth the effort, it solved my initial * accomplished!
It took me some time, many attempts, and a lot of running, but that’s how I found the Northern Nameless * luck, and have fun in the game!
