Alright, folks, gather ’round, let me tell you about my latest adventure in the world of Honkai: Star Rail. I’ve been grinding away, trying to get my Firefly build just right, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. Today, I wanna talk specifically about the materials needed for Firefly’s Light Cone.
So, first things first, I had to figure out which Light Cone to even go for. After a ton of research and asking around, I decided on the “Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest.” Apparently, it’s the best one for Firefly, something about a 60% Break Effect boost. Sounds good to me!
But then came the hard part – actually getting all the materials. Now, I’m not gonna lie, I spent hours running around Penacony’s Dreamscape. It felt like I was living in that place! I battled countless enemies, did a bunch of Simulated Universe runs, hoping to get those sweet, sweet drops. My fingers were practically glued to the controller.
Here’s a little breakdown of what I had to collect:
- Raging Heart: This one was a pain. I had to beat the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Ire over and over again. It’s on the Dewlight Pavilion map, in case you’re wondering. Each battle was a test of my patience. I must have done it at least twenty times, no joke.
- Tatters, Fragments, and the big one, Impatience: These I mostly got from the Simulated Universe and those Memory Zone Meme things in the Dreamscape. It was a slow grind, but I kept at it. Every little bit counts, right?
Oh, and I also tried out this 4-Star Light Cone called “Indelible Promise.” It’s not as good as “Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest,” but it’s a decent alternative if you’re still working towards the best one. It gives a 28% Break Effect boost and some Crit Rate increase when you use your Ultimate, which is pretty handy.
Another thing I learned, and this is important – apparently getting e1 or e2 for Firefly is better than focusing solely on the Light Cone. I guess the eidolons give some defense ignore and remove the skill point cost for her attacks, which frees up a lot of points for your team. Makes sense, but it’s another thing to grind for! I managed to get to e1 so far. I think it’s worth it.
Finally, after all that grinding, I managed to gather enough materials to fully ascend her Light Cone. Let me tell you, seeing those numbers go up was so satisfying. It felt like all those hours were worth it. Now my Firefly is even more powerful, and I’m ready to take on whatever challenges the game throws my way!
