Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Wuthering Waves lately, and like everyone else, I’m always on the lookout for those sweet, sweet free summons. Here’s what I’ve figured out so far, no BS, just straight from my own playtime.
Getting Started and Early Game Goodies
First things first, just playing the game normally is gonna net you a bunch of pulls. I started a new account to really track this, and man, the early game is generous. I followed the main story, you know, the usual stuff.

- I completed those beginner missions – easy peasy and they hand out Lustrous Tides like candy.
- I leveled up my Union Level. Every few levels, boom, more Tides.
- I also made sure to get all the Pioneer Podcast rewards.
The Convene System
I used my Lustrous Tides on the Novice Convene and got a 5-star weapon pretty quickly. Then, I focused on the Beginner’s Choice Convene, and got another 5-star character.
Exploring Every Nook and Cranny
I noticed that I got more stuff from opening chests. And exploration in general.
- I started opening every chest I could find. More chests, more Astrite!
- I tried to complete all the side quests I stumbled upon. Some of them are kinda hidden, but they’re worth it.
- I made it a point to explore the map thoroughly. Every little corner can have something useful.
Daily and Weekly Grind
This is the boring part, but it’s gotta be done. Gotta keep that Astrite flowing!
- I logged in every day. Even if I didn’t have much time to play, I grabbed those daily login rewards.
- I did my daily quests. They’re usually pretty quick and easy.
- I tried to participate in some of events. Some of them give out the rewards, which I used to exchange for Tides.
Keeping an Eye Out for Codes and Events
Finally, always need to pay attention the community, you know?
- I checked social media, for any redeem codes.
- I made sure to take advantage of the launch events before they ended. Missed out on some goodies by being too slow.
So yeah, that’s my strategy. Basically, I’m playing the game, doing all the regular stuff, and being smart about how I spend my resources. It’s not rocket science, but it works. And I get to satisfy my gacha urges without emptying my wallet!
