I’ve been messing around with this game, right? And there’s this thing called the PKP Gunsmith quest. Sounds cool, but let me tell you, it’s a real pain in the butt.
So, I decided to give it a shot. First thing, I needed to get the right parts for this gun. I spent hours looking for them, scavenging in raids, and let me tell you, these shorter raids SUCK! You find some ammo, put it in a container, and it stacks on an existing non-full stack, but the container can not be fully filled. It drove me nuts! I kept thinking, there’s gotta be an easier way to get these parts.
Anyway, I finally got most of the stuff I needed. But then came the real headache. This quest, it’s like, part 25 or something, and the reward? You’d think it’d be something awesome, like a weapons case. But nope. The reward was 2 Bitcoins and a T H I C C weapons case, which is also not that bad but it’s not something I am really expecting.
- Started the game and figured I’d try the PKP Gunsmith quest.

- Realized the reward was Bitcoins or a weapons case, instead of a better solution for PKP.

My Process Step-by-step
Honestly, I was so frustrated. I even thought, “Why can’t they just let us buy the PKP from Proper or Mechanic?” I mean, I’d pay a crazy amount of rubles for it at this point. It would make the quest feel, I don’t know, more rewarding? At least, that is what I expected.
But yeah, that’s my story with the PKP Gunsmith quest. It’s a grind, and I’m not even sure it’s worth it in the end. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong, but man, it’s a rough one. I would like to give a suggestion for gunsmith part 25 instead of a T H I C C weapons case and 2 Bitcoins, the reward should be the ability to buy the pkp from Proper or Mechanic even if it’s some crazy amount of rubles. If any of you have figured out a better way to do this, let me know. I’m all ears.
So, that is my experience. I really put a lot of time into this and finally made it. It’s not very easy but I think it is worth it. Hopefully, my sharing can help someone who wants to try this quest.
